Osher LLI at 爱妃传媒 Jupiter Presents David Valle
The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at 爱妃传媒 in Jupiter will present a lecture by David Valle, M.D., the director of the Institute of Genetic Medicine at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, on Thursday, Feb. 28 at 3:45 p.m. in the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute complex at 爱妃传媒鈥檚 John D. MacArthur Campus, 5353 Parkside Dr., in Jupiter.
鈥淕enetic Medicine: 10 Surprising Things Your Genes Say About You,鈥 will provide a basic understanding of the human genome, the extent of genetic variability from one person to the next, and how this variability influences health and disease. Valle also will comment on the availability and use of genetic testing in the clinic and in the direct-to-consumer genetic testing market.
